1. click on it^ to make it larger

2.right click on it and press save as

3. go to layout on Sparklers and Fireworks

4. press header
5. press load image
6. make sure the check mark is NOT in the box that says shrink to size(I haven't tested this header, so if it is to big, go back and press shrink to size and reload) and make sure that the check mark is in "instead of title

 7. save

By the way, a favicon is the little thing at the top of the tabs where the orange and white B is.

You can add this as a picture, and put your email address under it

Gadget title:

1. On your followers gadget, delete the title "My Awesome Followers"

2. Add this picture and put it right above the followers thing!
